Is It To Be Concerned About The Vaginal Discharge After Menopause?

I am a 60 year old woman who has gone through menopause at age 49. I have had a slight brownish (old Blood) discharge mainly in the evening. My gynecologist said that there is no cervical polyp (which I have had in the past)and only a very small fibroid and that I should not be the cause. She suggests I should not be concerned but the discharge has increased lately to a larger spotting every evening. Should i go to another doctor?? Can vaginal atrophy cause spotting everyday??
