Is It To Be Concerned About The White Spots On The Aeriola Of The Nipples?

Hi there i am 21yrs old and 5ft 50kgs, I have had surgical management of my miscarriage only yesterday and have noticed firstly that my bleeding has all but stopped and there is very little to no pain. Also that i have large white spots on the aeriola of my nipples. they are quite hard and very pronounced. Is this in any way important and should i be worried about any of this? Thanks
