Is It To Be Concerned About Vaginal Discharge And Cramps After Depo Shot?

Im 16 im on the depo shot ive been on it for a couple of months havent had any problems til now. Recently ive been having very painful stomach cramps, also ive been heavily bleeding .and bloody, dark brownish tissue has discharged from my vagina. i really need help here
