Is It Typical To Still Have Night Sweats And Fatigue 9 Days After Testing Positive For COVID And Completing A Course Of Paxlovid?

I am 46 year old female. Tested positive for COVID 9 days ago. Was given paxlovid. Most of my original symptoms body aches sore throat headache have gone. Still have lingering night sweats and fatigue. Is it typical to have some remaking symptoms at this point?
