Is It Unsafe To Take Progynova During Pregnancy?

Hi, I was admitted in hospital after spotting in my early pregnancy and discharged after a week. Took scan and fetal heart beat was there and blood clots were gone. Had a history of two miscarriages in 14 and 16 weeks respectively. On discharge doctor prescribed to take progynova along with duphaston and sustain. Also enoxherapin 40 mg injection is taking every day. In progynova tablet packet it is written that pregnant woman should not use the tablet. Not sure why the doctor then prescribed the tablet during my pregnancy. Please advice on this.
