Is Itchy Skin, Heartburn And Dizziness Normal During Pregnancy?

Hello, I m pregnant with my first baby. I m currently 20 weeks and I was put as a high risk pregnancy because the one Dr thought that the medicine I was on was harmful, turns out going to a maternal medicine Dr, it wasn t and the baby is fine. I have some concerns though because I m carrying super low and I have horrible cramping and gas pains. I can t poop and the little that I do, green mucus comes out with it. I have a very little appetite and can hardly eat anything without puking. I get dizzy easily. My skin is super itchy all over. My legs and arms tend to fall asleep a lot. I get really bad heartburn and live off tums. I have sores around my butt. Is any of this normal?
