Is Lactation Possible Post Termination Of Pregnancy?

My younger brother's girlfriend got an abortion two days ago. She is only 17. She told my brother that her breast milk is leaking. Is it possible for someone to leak breast milk after an abortion? If so, how long will the leaking take? At first she said she was 3 months pregnant but once she did the ultrasound she is 5 months almost 6.
