Is Laparoscopy And Diagnosis D&c Needed For A Hemorrhagic Cyst?

i am 20 yrs old.i have a haemorrgagic cyst on my right ovary measuring 3.5cm.now i am anxious for child.but i couldn't able to concieve for last three months.doctor has adviced me to do laproscopy and diagnosis d/c.now i am cofuse.so,please tell me what should i do?
