Is Laproscopy Or Hysteroscopy Suggested For Fibroids?

Hi, am told i have fibroids and leakin tube(hydrosulpinx?). SOME
Doctors here say i should do a Laproscopy and Histroscopy but will remove fibroids only if touchin cavity. I have had two misscariages and a filed IVF due to heavy bleeding when pregnant.
Other doctors say i need a laproscopic mayomectamy and hystroscopic maymectomy.
Others say i should do surgery to remove all fibroids. I have four big fibroids, biggest one being 3cm and many small ones a total of eleven fibroids.
