Is Large Bump On Back Of Head After Being Hit On Head A Cause For Concern?

Yesterday I got out a old plastic lawn chair sat in it, it fell to pieces and fell hard backwards and hit the back of my head hard and have a large goose egg and wretched my back and whole body. I am 72 years old and weigh 229. Should I go to urgent care or just keep quiet and rest.
