Is Large, Movable Lump On Cheek Post A Fall A Cause For Concern?

I fell on my face 2 weeks ago and had severe bruising and a hematoma over my eye. Everything has cleared up except and large, movable bump on my cheek. 2 weeks ago I had an MRI and cat scan and revealed nothing. is this goose egg lump sum? something to be concerned about?
