Is Laser Treatment Recommended For Keloid Removal?

I have a keloid on my neck since past 5 years and have already undergone 2 surgeries which only aggravated it. I have also been treated with various injections and condition has improved. Now I am looking for a complete removal of the scar. Is laser treatment a good option? I am a 15 year old girl.
