Is Laser Treatment Safe For Acne And Blotches On Face?

hi, i am suffering from severe acne, dark spots, and blotches all over my face. i have so much of products and none of them was effective. i would like to go for laser treatment. so pls suggest me whether it is good or not and where to do it in chennai ?
