Is Laser Treatment, Suggested For PCOD?

Hello, I have PCOD problem, my doctor advised me laser treatment, she doesnt have the facility in her nursing home, so suggested another doctor. But the other doctor said don't go far laser and take medicines. I am confused and I am planning for 2nd baby. Can you help me with this?
