Is Light Grey Vaginal Discharge An Early Sign Of Pregnancy?

hi I m worried I may be having an accidental teen pregnancy. I have a lot of questions but I have a recent that s came up. My discharge seems to be kind of cloudy, and almost a very light shade of grey. Is this a sign of anything or have anything to do with pregnancy?
