Is Lighter, Longer Periods After Abortion Normal?

Hi,
i had abortion 2 months ago. first period was lighter than normal. Second was in 10 days but still small amount. blood was not fresh and color looks like chocolate.
Should i worry for that? whats the problem? Am i need any treatment? whats your suggestion? Help plz!?
