Is Little Pain In Breast With Hardness And Pimples On Breast Serious?

I have big breast and having little bearable pain while sleeping in sida position and when my baby comes to me and hug me tightly.i feel good and no pain if i wear a bra all the time.I have checked my breast and there is no symptons but i have pimples on my breast and so i feel little hard where the pimple is.I cud not breast feed my baby for inverted nipple but i gave her milk once in a day at least with a breast pump for a month.I get very impatient first and beat my kid.pls help.
