Is Liver Recovery Possible While Having Lung Damage, Persistent Cough, And Liver Cirrhosis With High Fibroscan Stiffness Values, And Low Platelets?

Sir, I am male, 47 age completed. I had admitted 7 times from covid to till date. 1. Corona detected - recover 2. Hrct scan report done - score 15/16 found 3. Water in the stomach found - remove and recover 4. Jondish detected : recover 5. Pneumothorax detected - Treatment done and recover. 6. lungs are not 100% recover as per report done on dated, Nov 2020, Dec 2020, Jan 2021, Feb 2021, Apr 2021 and 31July 2023 - treatment is going on. 7. Because of lungs issue continuously DRY COUGH is there - treatment is going on 8. Liver Cirrhosis detected as per following report - treatment is going on. @Liver scan report on 20 Feb 2021. Following are the results, ^^Stiffness kPa a) 14.1 kPa b) IQR/Med 50%, ^^Measurement b) Success rate: 100 c) Valid/Total : 10/10 ^^UAP(dB/m) a) Median 326 b) IQR/Med 6%, @Fibroscan done on 19 July 2023. Following are the results, Median stiffness : 42.3 kPa, IQR 11.3kPa, IQR/Med 27%, Valid measurement 10, Success rate 19% ^Liver function reports done many times. ^Also platelates count always below i.e. 22000 to 35000 range ^Other reports i.e. Liver function, Renal Profile, PT, Electrolytes Na,K & CI, Gram stain, blood, urine, throat, glucose PP, Ammonia, Haemogram,chest x-ray, ct scan etc. done many times. ^Liver treatment is going on from last 3 years starts from covid. Lever Cirrhosis detected. ^^Doctor says in future recovery of lever is not possible but daily taking alopethy medicines help lever will stable in the same condition. Till medicines are going on. ^Other than this ayurvedic treatment and homeopathic treatment done some times parallelly. Please help, Thanks
