Is Long Term Usage Of Anxit Advisable?

when i was working as a bank executive, i was prescribed anxit plus one tablet at night daily. i have been continuing for the last 10 years. i am comfortable with it. if i forget to take one any night, next day i feel irritated not cool minded. whether i can continue permanently.
