Is Long Term Usage Of Clofranil Advisable?

I am taking Clofranil 25 mg. (reduced from 75 mg) for about 8 years. I cannot discontinue this tablets for more than 3 days. Is there any problem in continuing this medicine, for your information I am getting treated for the last 24 years for many problems like panic attach, MDP, OCD like conditions
