Is Long Term Usage Of Hydrocodone Advisable For Pain?

Im 24 and had alot of problems with my body, including numberous arthritis trouble n others been on fentanyl patch for 3 years n oxy off and on for 7 years n hydrocodone constantly for 8 years n theyve always helped i had injection which made my bones weaker am i going to suffer with pain all my life if he isnt going to prescribe them to me?
