Is Long Term Usage Of Lortab Advisable For Neck Pain?

I have a issue with neck pain and have to take lortab walmart has filled my scripts for fifteen yrs , they still fill all my outher scripts but the pharacist who says shes a dr refuses to fill just this one . I have a dr two thousand miles away and he gives me three scripts such as 1of 3 2 of 3 , 3 of three walmart filled all them untill the last on , it a race issue not a law issus , the one pharmist said so .
