Is Long Time Use Of Hyaluronic Acid Harmful?

Hello Doctor: I take one eye dropper full of hyaluronic acid per day orally. It has helped my knee arthritis extremely well. Can this contribute to cancer or any other health problem. I ve recently read that cancer cells can feed on hyaluronic acid. Is this true?
