Is Longer, Heavy Periods With Mild Cramps Concerning?

i got off my period this past monday well ever since i've been off and go to the restroom and wipe i see a little bit of bright red blood on the paper. i have noticed that i've been having mild cramps and i also noticed that this period was pretty heavy and it lasted about 2 days more than usual.. my normal period lasts for 5 days.. should i be concerned?
