Is Loose Stools Post Flu Shot And Dtap Vaccine A Cause For Concern?

Hi, my son had a well visit along with two vaccines this past Monday. He was given the flu shot and dtap vaccine. That night he had a fever 102. I gave him some Advil and it came down and he has been fine since. Yesterday and today his stool has been looser than normal and the past 2 have been a pale beige kind of color.
