Is Lump On Left Breast Concerning?

Hello, I'm a 50 year women I had a hesterectomy 6 years ago about a month ago I discovered a lump on my left breast on the upper outter side not under the armpit. I'm schedule for mammogram and ultrasound but meantime I'm so concern. The lump isn't painful
