Is Lyme Disease Causing Sharp Pain In My Face And Heart?

I have lyme disease along with a myriad of other lyme-related issues. I recently began feeling a bee-sting like sharp pain in my face and heart when I yawn or flex my muscles in a certain way. It is VERY painful and doesn't seem to be a muscle spasm or anything. Any thoughts?
