Is Masturbation Advisable After Severe UTI?

I had UTI, well im not sure if it was UTI, what i had was a burning sensation during and after peeing and sensitivity in my tube, i asked my friend nurse and told me to take antibiotics, i took up for 7 days, and now everything i said was gone. Is it safe to masterbate? it has been 4 days after i stopped taking the antibiotics. Although the peeing constantly is still going on.
