Is Mederma Cream Effective For Spots On Legs?

Hi. I am 31 year old. 15 days back, I hv fallen down on stair & my left leg got injured. now that portion look black, still i get pain when i press that portion. I m using Mederma Scar cream to prevent this slight black spot on leg. Is i m using write cream? pl suggest. I M using this cream from last 2 days
