Is Medication Required When No Blockages Were Found In Heart?

hi I had what I thought was a heart attack but when I got to er I had v fib they did cpr and used paddles an got me back there where no blockages when they got in there they put me on Lipitor Plavix lisinopril metoprolol do I need meds if no blockages were found. e mail check YYYY@YYYY
