Is Menopause Associated With High Fsh Levels & Dark Labia Minor?

I am experiencing menopausal symptoms-hot flashes, night sweats, trouble sleeping, forgetfulness, have skipped a period and just got a FSH level that is above 150. I have also noticed that my labia minora has turned a darkish purple color. Is that normal with menopause or is it a more seriouse condition?
