Is Menopause Related With Night Sweats ,palpitations & Sore Breast?

Hi, I had a hystrectomy 6 years ago and the left my ovaries in. The last few months I have been having night sweats on and off and palpitations. When the stop they stay away for weeks (typically when i get to see the doctor). The last few day i have started to get the palpitations again, feeling faint when standing and really sore tender breasts which make me feel nauseous when they're touched. Could all these symptoms be the start of the menopause? Oh I also have very dark coarse hair growing around my nipples for a few years now.
