Is Microadenoma Related To Calcified Granulomas?

I have had calcified granulomas in my lungs, spleen and now my kidnesys. I have been to the Wilmer eye insitute and neuroopthomolgy and have had chorio retinitis in my eyes since 1990. I ve just had an mri of the brain and I may have a micro adenoma and I have an angiomylipoma. Can these be related to the chronic granulomatous disease?
