Is Migraine Associated With Headache & Blurred Vision?

Hi my husband has had a severe headache for 12 hours now he is complaining of blurred vision in his left eye and can only see things straight in front of him. He also has experienced some pins and needles in his left side of his face arm and hand. Do you think this could be a migraine ? He has recently had testicular cancer and chemotherapy.
