Is Migraine, Related With Blurred Vision, Rapid Heart Rate And High Bp?

hi yes please, on friday i experienced blurred vision along with rapid heart rate and a blood pressure of 150 over 100 but no pain in my head as i thought this was a migraine as i do suffer with these was checked by school nurse then saturday woke to the right side of my face swollen with a presure feeling in my head any suggestions, would be very greatfull for a reason.
