Is Migraine Related With Headache With Acidity Problems?

I am 37 years old. Any time in a day, I get pain on the left eyebrow and I get headache. Also have acidity problem. During sleep also, it may occur. I get relief only after vomitting. During headache, like to sleep in dark room. This is going on for a week. Unable to detect whether it is sinus problem or migrane. And also please give the remedy for it
