Is Mild Aortic Valve Calcification With Regurgitation And Newly Diagnosed High BP An Early Sign Of Heart Disease

Hi Dr.Vasanth, My mom is one of your patients. I saw her report yesterday and it says that she has mild aortic valve calcification and mild aortic regurgitation. I work in USA in cytogenetics. I understand from her report that it’s aortic valve b coming narrow. Is it start of of an early heart disease? Also she has just been diagnosed of high bp of 143/90 Can u please let me know what diet restrictions if any and if she has to continue to take BP tablets Thanks
