Is Mild Broncho-vascular Markings On My Chest X-ray Related To My Persistent Dry Cough And Wheezing?

I am having dry cough for past 20days. Five days back I started having weezing sound in chest. Took medicine *TAB MONTAIR FX 1 TAB once in night for past five days And *TAB AUGMENTIN 625 MG twice a day for past five days But still coughing and there is itching in throat. Today chest x-ray says Mildly increased bronchovascular markings noted bilaterally. Still same coughing, no relief. Female, Age 50 yrs. Please advise.
