Is Mild Pelviectasia A Cause For Concern?

Hi doc I was diagnosed with mild pelviectasia.left kidney with 9.4x4.7x4.2 cms (Lwt) 1.1 cms (CT) both kidneys are within normal size and show smooth outlines. Is this findings serious? Thank you for your advise. Carmelita Budoy 68 years old manila Phils
