Is Missed Period Normal While Having Hypothyroid And PCOS?

hi i am 22 years old, and have been diagnosed with hypoactive thyroid(at 19) and pcos (at 14). i quit taking my birth control and thyroid medicine in january because i could not afford them. since feburary, i have not had a period, but have tested negative on pregnancy tests. is it okay to not have a period for that long? and will this affect my ability to have children?
