Is Missed Period While On Krimson-35 Along With Brownish Discharge And Tight Lower Abdomen A Concern After Unprotected Sex?

Hi, I got married on May and my periods are regular always. But in September i faced pregnancy symptoms and visited hospital next day of my missed period. Tested negative that day. Doctor told that it will take some time to raise hcg for some women and gave medicines for my symptoms and gave another 8 tablets related to healthy pregnancy if pregnancy is there and asked me to test after completion of that. Tested negative and doctor asked me to have a scan and there i have pcos with multiple follicles peripherally. After taking regesterione i got my period. Doctor gave me krimsone 35 21 tablets. Started on Nov 7 and completed on Nov 27. Till now I don t have my period. But on Sunday i saw brownish discharge and next day light redish discharge that s it. It s like a discharge but not period. I had unprotected sex in this month. My lower abdomen feels tight. Please suggest
