Is Missed Periods With Missed Pregnancy Symptoms Normal?

Hi,I am 28 years old and married in March ..After 2 or 3 months of my marriage am observing irregularity in my periods...my last periods was on sep 14th ...before that it happend on aug24th..so i was suspecting it to happen on 24th Oct but it has not happened till now...I dont have any pregnancy symptoms also...can you tell me is this normal..and some advice to get periods normal.
