Is Missing Periods During Chickenpox Normal?

Hi doctor I am currently suffering from chicken pox and its my 11th day. Actually I missed my periods for the month of October, I felt all the signs or menstrual pain but no menses happened. Is this normal. Its my first time of missing my periods, I am un married.
