Is My IUD Falling Out Again If I Can Feel It At The Vaginal Opening?

I got my IUD first put in on 3/31/2021. I then had to go to the ER on 4/3/2021 because my IUD was falling out. It is 4/12/2021 today and I can feel my IUD at the tip of the opening of my vagina. Does this mean it is falling out again? Should I go to the doctor again? Does this mean that an IUD would not be the best option for me?
