Is My Abortion Complete When I Had Chills, Cramps, And Minimal Bleeding After Taking Cytotec Twice At 4 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 4weeks pregnant. I took 4 tablet of cytotec sublingually and I felt chills, diarrhoea and cramps but no bleeding. After 3 hours I took another 4 tablet of cytotec and I saw little blood when I wipe just once and nothing else....is my abortion complete.
