Is My Abortion Successful If I Took Misoprostol And Misoclear But Only Had Cramps, Diarrhea, And Brown Discharge Within 12 Hours?

Hi doctor am 6weeks pregnant . I placed four tablet of mesoprostol in my Virginia 3hrs I placed two tablet of mesoclear under my tongue after 30mins I swallowed another one tablets of mesoclear. I only experience headache, cramps , waist pain, diarrhoea , . So I used a drug to stop the cramp. I only saw , yellowish fluid and dark brown discharge under 12hrs is my abortion successful ?
