Is My Eardrum Ruptured Due To A Middle Ear Infection, Based On Symptoms Of Pain, Hearing Loss, And A Soaked Pillow?

Hello I believe I have a ruptured eardrum following a middle ear infection. I woke up to a soaked pillow and a lot of pain and have experienced extreme hearing loss. I have previously had tubes then eventually and eardrum graph made with tissue from behind my ear 7 years ago. I believe this has blown due to symptoms and a BBird camera it appears to be ruptured.
