Is My Follicle Monitoring Normal With Endometrium Grade 6mm?

Hello Doctor, I am Simran, 28 year old. I have my first follical monitoring on my 10th day and the report was like this: RO: 20 * 17 mm and Lt Ov : 13 * 9 mm and endometrum grade is : 6 mm. I m staying in Pune ans started seeing a Doc here only and before that i was seeing a Doc in delhi. My Delhi Doc prescribed me to start pregmnoya (2 mg 3 times a day) as RO shows a bigger size. But i consulted my Pune Doc as not possible everytime to talk by phone to a Doc in FDelhi and I want to continue my treatment in Pune where i m currently living. Please tell me if there is any problem with this ovary and endometrum size.
