Is My Headache Due To Hypochondriac Or Something Els?

i had a ct scan due to major headache, which showed an old small stroke, i was sent home with paracetamol and after a few days felt ok. since then had mri scan to check nothing further going on (there isn't) neck vessels scanned and heart ultra sounded (slight murmur found) then put on aspirin then changed to cloripodril (something like that) whihc made me collapse, put back on the aspirin instead, but have daily headaches (burning at the back of head), tingling in hand and foot and face. could it be the aspirin? the headache seems to come on late morining-early afternoon, then eases off (i normally take the aspirin when i get home from work ie in the eveninng) i keep going to the doctor and i think he just thinks im a hypochondiac!!
