Is My Missed Period, Breast Tenderness, And Bloating Likely Just A Result Of Nexplanon?

Hi. I am on Nexplanon. I get my period regularly, usually skipping a month in between. I skipped two months at the moment which has never happened in the 2 years I have been on Nexplanon. My breasts feel a bit tender and fuller. I also don t know if I am paranoid but I feel swollen or rather bloated. I am well aware that it is rare to fall pregnant on Nexplanon but still possible. I have read the case studies. Should I get tested or am I paranoid
